Omaha golfer takes individual title

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — The Omaha men's golf team finished second at the New York State Spring Spectacular on Tuesday, three strokes behind tournament champion Siena.

The Cardinals shot a 295 in the final round to finish at 883 for the tournament. Siena shot a 292 on Tuesday to win at 880.

Omaha's Zach Schimpler shot a 71 in the final round to finish at 219 and win the individual title.
